Ingredients:- -125gms Dessicated coconut -125gms Semolina(rawa) -150gms Granulated White Sugar -1 tspn Vanilla essence -1 tspn Cardamom powder -2 Eggs -60gms Salted Butter -1tspn Baking powder -3 Fully ripe Alphonso mangoes(roughly chopped) Method:- -Mix all the above mentioned ingredients in a vessel and soak overnight for about 8hrs(NOT in the refrigerator) -When baking, preheat the oven for 10mins on 200^c -Grease the cake container with butter and add the cake mix to it. -Do not fill it to the brim. Keep atleast 1 inch space for it to rise -Place it in the oven and bake for 60mins on 180degrees celcius! -Check the centre with a toothpick or knife and when the toothpick or knife come out clean, remove the baathk from the oven and place it to cool at room temperature
